Studying possibilities of integration of railway station complexes into city environment for RZhD ОАО
The researchers faced the task of identifying the directions of development for railway station complexes as major parts of city infrastructure and, at the same time, contact points of the RZhD brand and the target audience.
Intricate work was carried out: a desk study (of modern development trends among objects of city infrastructure); four creative focus groups in Moscow and St. Petersburg on concept development, 10 expert interviews with managers of city infrastructure objects and city event organizers, an online survey of the target audience among passengers and testing the elaborated concepts (755 questionnaires).
Project results are reflected in four reports containing a detailed analysis of possibilities for developments of railway station complexes.
